From edge inference and sensor fusion to fleet-scale orchestration, this is the software stack that gives our quadrupeds, AMRs, manipulators, and drones the ability to perceive, decide, and act autonomously in the field — and the same stack we license to teams building their own robots.
The Challenge
Real-Time Decisions Don't Belong in the Cloud
A robot in a forward area or on a factory floor cannot afford to wait for a round-trip to a data centre. Reliable autonomy requires perception, fusion, and decision-making to happen on the device, in milliseconds, even when connectivity drops. That means optimised inference pipelines, multi-sensor fusion, and a fleet management layer that respects bandwidth — and a security model that keeps mission data inside your own network.
Our Approach

Built in-house, deployed on every Evolve Robot Lab platform.
Computer Vision
Object detection, depth estimation, semantic segmentation, and visual SLAM running on NVIDIA Jetson and our own embedded boards. Our pipelines handle obstacle avoidance, target ID, terrain classification, and visual odometry — tuned to run inside the compute and power budget of a real platform.
Edge AI Deployment
Model optimisation with TensorRT and ONNX for maximum on-device throughput — quantisation, pruning, hardware-specific tuning, and OTA model updates. We handle the full pipeline from training to fielded inference so your team doesn't have to build an MLOps stack from scratch.
Multi-Sensor Fusion
LiDAR, camera, IMU, GPS, and wheel-odometry fused into a single, robust state estimate. Our fusion stack stays reliable when individual sensors degrade — through dust, glare, GPS denial, or vibration — which is exactly the situation field deployments live in.
Fleet Intelligence Platform
One dashboard, every robot. Live mapping, mission planning, waypoint assignment, sensor feed aggregation, and automated mission execution — for ground robots, manipulators, and drones, across defense and industrial deployments alike.
